Start by scheduling a consultation call. We’ll chat about your travel preferences, budget, and goals. From there, I’ll outline my process, and if we’re a good fit, I’ll get started designing your custom trip.

Ideally, 6 to 9 months in advance, especially for group trips, peak seasons, or destinations that book up quickly. Planning early gives you better availability, pricing, and time to pay in installments if needed. However, if your trip is sooner, don’t worry I can still help!

Yes, I charge a non-refundable planning fee & services fee, which covers the dedicated time and expertise I put into researching, personalizing, and coordinating your trip. This also includes ongoing support, advocacy on your behalf, and assistance with any changes or challenges that arise. The planning fee is separate from the cost of your trip and is not applied to your travel balance.

Absolutely! I offer monthly payment plans, and financing through FlexPay (Uplift), which allows qualified travelers to pay over time with fixed monthly installments.

Once your deposit is received, I’ll submit payment directly to the supplier and officially secure your reservation. You’ll receive a confirmation along with a receipt and clear next steps so you know exactly what to expect. From there, I’ll keep track of important deadlines, assist with add-ons like excursions or travel insurance, and stay on top of the details to ensure everything runs smoothly all the way to departure.

Changes and cancellations are subject to the policies of the travel supplier you're booked with. I’ll guide you through the process and let you know what to expect, including any penalties and refund timelines.

I create a custom booking page for your group, manage communication, track payments, and answer everyone’s questions—so you don’t have to.

I work with travelers of all ages and abilities and can coordinate accessible rooms, mobility equipment, and dietary needs. I’ll make sure those details are addressed with the resort, cruise line, or tour provider in advance so every guest feels comfortable and cared for.
